0,35€ per person over 18 and per night (all accommodations).
The number of persons mentioned in our rates per accommodation is the maximum occupancy allowed, taking into account the equipment available. It may not be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons.
For any modification or cancellation, a written request will be systematically requested.
Any change requested in terms of dates, location, duration or number of people must be validated by our services 30 days before your arrival date. If necessary, it may be subject to additional invoicing.
For any stay cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, 30% of the deposit will be retained.
For any stay cancelled within 30 days prior to the date of arrival, interrupted or not used for any reason whatsoever, the total amount of the deposit will be retained by the Cabanes du Lac de Pierre-Percée.
Gift voucher: the value of the gift voucher cannot be refunded.
Please check with your insurer.
In the event of external events beyond our control, such as bad weather (storm or tempest) or confinement, we may have to modify or cancel your stay. We will then offer you, depending on availability, an equivalent stay with different accommodation on the same day or the postponement of your stay in a cabin/chalet to a later date.
If you are not satisfied with this offer, the full amount paid will be refunded; no other compensation can be claimed.
In the event of bad weather (storm or tempest) or confinement, the management reserves the right to relocate you to other accommodation at no extra charge.
If you do not wish to be rehoused, we will offer you an equivalent stay within the current 12 months. No refund will be made.
The prices shown on our website or in our documentation may be modified according to economic conditions or regulatory provisions and are inclusive of all taxes. Only the price shown on our confirmation letter is binding.
Quiet is requested after 10 p.m. and until 7 a.m.
Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene or appearance of the property. It is therefore forbidden to transform, in any way, the natural environment in which you are setting up.
The age of the children is calculated according to their birthday and the date of the beginning of the stay. An official document proving the age of the children may be requested at the beginning of the stay. Children must not enter the cabins alone. Children under 18 years of age remain under the responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults during the entire stay at the Cabanes du Lac de Pierre-Percée.
Access to the tree houses is forbidden to people who are subject to vertigo, sleepwalking or who have heart problems or uncorrected eyesight. Access to the tree houses is forbidden to persons in a state of intoxication.
No children under 8 years of age may enter the tree houses without being accompanied by an adult.
No motorised vehicles are allowed on the site except in the car park.
Following a positive test result for Covid-19, the stay can be postponed free of charge within 12 months of the cancellation, with medical justification only. No reimbursement can be requested.
Pets are not allowed in our cabins/cottages or on the entire site.
It is recommended not to leave valuables in the accommodation. The management cannot be held responsible for theft in the cabins.
Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 30 days of the stay to the following address

It is strictly forbidden to be intoxicated in the huts/cottages or in the accesses (stairs, bridges). It is forbidden to smoke inside the cabins/chalets. All our accommodations are equipped with terraces on which you are allowed to smoke, as long as no cigarette butts are left in nature.
Any object left behind is kept and made available to its owner for 2 months from the date of the stay. After this period, it will be destroyed or donated to an association and cannot be reclaimed. If the object is sent, it will be sent at the client's express request. The client will be charged the cost of postage as well as administrative and management fees of 10 €.
Any damage or breakage of an object, even involuntary, in the cabins/cottages or on the site of the Cabanes du Lac de Pierre-Percée, will be invoiced to the client. The latter may invoke his civil liability.
In the event of a dispute, only the court of NANCY is competent.
It is essential to bring clean shoes for the interior of the accommodation.
Your arrival must be between 4pm and 7pm. In case of late arrival or last minute impediment, it is imperative to inform us at +33(0)7 67 93 60 70.
During your stay, we ask you to respect all the safety instructions as explained in the rules. On the day of your departure, the cabins/cottages must be vacated by 11am at the latest. Any late departure will incur a surcharge of 15€ per hour after 12 noon. You are requested to leave the place as clean as possible and to return the equipment you have entrusted to us to the place indicated. You will be expected at the site's reception chalet for the final formalities.
Any additional services requested by the beneficiary before or during his/her stay will be invoiced.
Your stay will take place in the heart of a natural domain. When you move around and go for a walk, we ask you to respect the calm of the site. On your arrival, we will give you a map of the site. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
During your stay, we ask you to respect all safety instructions as explained to you at the reception.
Children under 8 years of age are not allowed in the sauna. Children between 8 and 14 years of age may use the sauna if accompanied by an adult.
By accepting these general conditions of sale, I am aware that my stay takes place in the heart of nature, with the hazards that this can present: variable weather, presence of insects, birds and mammals near the accommodation and that it is also possible to encounter them indoors.
To enable us to improve our customer service, you will be asked to complete a quality questionnaire so that you can give us your comments and suggestions about your stay.
The use of open fires and barbecues is strictly prohibited.
A fire extinguisher and a carbon monoxide detector are installed in each accommodation.
Only access to the rented cabin/chalet is allowed. All other access is forbidden without permission.
In the event of a foghorn warning, please leave the huts/cabins immediately and go to the assembly point, see signs on the safety plan.

The fact of staying at the Cabanes du Lac de Pierre-Percée implies acceptance of the provisions of the general conditions of sale and the commitment to comply with them.
The owner is responsible for the orderliness and good maintenance of the property and for the respect of the general conditions of sale. In the event of serious breaches of these terms and conditions, the owner has the duty to initiate, if necessary, the procedure for the eviction of the perpetrators. No reimbursement will be made.
